SUMMARY:Tommy Emmanuel with Rob Ickes & Trey Hensley
DESCRIPTION:Presented by American Patriot Getaways\n\nOn Saturday\, June 26th\, guitar master Tommy Emmanuel and bluegrass power-duo Rob Ickes & Trey Hensley will perform together live at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum in Owensboro\, Kentucky. \nHailing from Australia\, Emmanuel is revered world-wide for his unique finger-picking style on the acoustic guitar\, and has received praise from guitar royalty\, including Chet Atkins.  Originally a session player in many bands\, Emmanuel carved out his own style as a solo artist\, releasing award-winning albums and singles. In the May 2008 and 2010 issues of Guitar Player magazine\, he was named “Best Acoustic Guitarist” in its readers’ poll. \nJoining Emmanuel\, Rob Ickes & Trey Hensley have formed a powerful duo in the bluegrass world.  Ickes\, a 15-time IBMA (International Bluegrass Music Association) Dobro Player of the Year winner\, has been at the forefront of Dobro players for decades.  As a co-founder of the influential Blue Highway\, Ickes has been a sought-after Nashville session player and musician for decades\, with credits to his name such as Vince Gill\, Earl Scruggs\, Merle Haggard\, Alan Jackson\, Reba McEntire and Alison Krauss.  Trey Hensley is a Tennessee-born guitar prodigy who made his Grand Ole Opry debut at the age of 11 and has been called “Nashville’s hottest young player” by Acoustic Guitar magazine. His soulful baritone vocals have received acclaim as well. \nHall of Fame executive director Chris Joslin commented\, “C.P.G. stands for Certified Guitar Player. The great Chet Atkins created this designation and handed the title out to just four musicians.  Tommy Emmanuel is one of them. He is simply a phenomenal artist\, and I can’t wait to hear him collaborate with Rob Ickes and Trey Hensley. We are preparing for an incredible night of music at the Hall of Fame June 26.” \nTickets are on sale now.  Reserved seating tickets are $42.50.  Tickets can be purchased online\, in person at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum\, or by calling 270-926-7891 Wednesday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.  The museum and lobby will be open until show time\, at 8 pm.  Bar and concessions will open at 7 pm. \n \n GET TICKETS\n \n \n \n \n	Bundle Tickets with Discounted Hotel Stay\nLocated next door to the Hall of Fame\, The Hampton Inn & Suites Waterfront is the perfect option for accommodations when joining us for a concert!  Enjoy sweeping riverfront views while staying with our hotel partner.  When you bundle your tickets\, the Hampton Inn offers discounted rates for your stay.  Click the link below to book your stay.  The prices shown include two tickets to the concert.  Call the Hampton Inn directly at:  270-685-2005 \n \n BUNDLE HOTEL & TICKETS

SUMMARY:The Nashville Songwriter presented by Jagoe Homes
DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, February 20th\, the Nashville Songwriter returns with Sean Della Croce\, Owen Danoff\, and Kurt Fortmeyer.  Featuring professional songwriters based in Nashville\, Tennessee\, the series focuses on both hit makers and those searching for their first hit. The series highlights stories and lives of those working to create the soundtrack of America.  Each event features several Nashville-based songwriters offering the backstory on their work and sharing personal experiences that shape their songs. \nThe Nashville Songwriter takes place in the lobby of the Hall of Fame\, with an intimate atmosphere.  Executive Director Chris Joslin states\, “The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum works hard to present music that matters.  I like to refer to this as “Music with a Mission.”  Creating a songwriter series featuring Nashville-based writers in an intimate setting feels very authentic. One of our objectives is to create unique experiences around the music\, so we are transforming our lobby into a café for this series each month enabling people to experience the music up close and personal with each singer/songwriter.  What a great opportunity to hear Nashville-based songwriters do what they do best right here in Owensboro.” \nThe Nashville Songwriter takes place February 20th. Doors open at 6:30 pm\, concert begins at 7:30 pm.  Tickets are $15 each for reserved seating and $5 for general admission. Bar\, concessions\, and table service are available during each concert. \n \n GET TICKETS\n \n	Sean Della Croce\n \n \n More About Sean\n \n	Owen Danoff\n \n \n More About Owen\n \n	Kurt Fortmeyer\n \n \n More About Kurt

SUMMARY:The Nashville Songwriter presented by Jagoe Homes
DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, January 16th\, the Nashville Songwriter returns to Owensboro\, KY with Ele Ivory\, Annika Bennett\, Molly Martin\, and Abby Siler. What a great opportunity to hear Nashville-based songwriters do what they do best right here in Owensboro.” \nThe Nashville Songwriter takes place January 16th. Doors open at 6:30 pm\, concert begins at 7:30 pm.  Tickets are $15 each for reserved seating and $5 for general admission. Bar\, concessions\, and table service are available during each concert. \n \n GET TICKETS\n \n	Ele Ivory\n \n \n More About Ele\n \n	Annika Bennett\n \n \n More About Annika\n \n	Molly Martin\n \n \n More About Molly\n \n	Abby Siler\n \n \n More About Abby

SUMMARY:The Po' Ramblin' Boys
DESCRIPTION:Presented by Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline and The Staton Foundation\, join us November 30th for The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys! \nAt a time when most people feel constantly distracted by technology and barraged by the news\, authenticity and straightforward honesty are paramount. There’s something about the music of The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys that cuts right through the noise of the world and speaks plainly to the soul. Formed in the Smoky Mountains\, The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys are at once exactly what you would expect and not at all what you would expect from a tattooed East Tennessee Bluegrass outfit. No strangers to hard work\, the boys are as much at home riding in their 1965 GM Tour bus as they are crawling underneath to fix it when it needs maintenance. But they take pride in being ambassadors of their genre\, and the group has brought their music from rural bluegrass festival stages to the rock clubs of Europe\, with stunning results. “I think to a certain extent everyone is just craving music that they can feel\, and any music that feels real will reach any audience” says CJ Lewandowski\, the groups founder\, “We want to put bluegrass right where it’s least expected”. \nDoors open at 5 pm\, theatre at 6 pm\, showtime is 7 pm.  Bundle concert tickets with museum admission for a discount on touring exhibits. \n \n GET TICKETS\n \n\n Hotel & Ticket Packages\n	\n	The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum is proud to partner with two neighboring hotels to enhance your visit to Owensboro.  Enjoy a concert with us\, then spend the night in a new riverfront hotel! \n\n Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Waterfront\n	\n	Adjacent to the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum\, the Hampton Inn & Suites is offering exclusive rates\, including free hot breakfast\, for visitors and event attendees.  Please click below or call 270 685-2005 to book now. \n \n HOTEL & TICKET BUNDLE\n \n	For discounted hotel rates without bundling with tickets\, click below: \n \n HOTEL DISCOUNT WITHOUT BUNDLE\n \n\n Holiday Inn Owensboro Riverfront\n	\n	Holiday Inn Owensboro Riverfront\, conveniently located within walking distance to the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum\, is proudly offering exclusive room and event ticket packaging for the perfect night out. SUMMARY:The Grascals
DESCRIPTION:Presented by Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline and The Staton Foundation\, join us November 23rd for The Grascals! \nGreat musicians will always find a way to make good music\, but for great musicians to make great music\, they must form a bond – one that\, more often than not\, goes beyond the purely musical to the personal. For The Grascals\, that bond has been forged at the intersection of personal friendships\, shared professional resumes and an appreciation for the innovative mingling of bluegrass and country music that has been a hallmark of the Nashville scene for more than forty years. \nTheir cutting-edge modern bluegrass is delivered with a deep knowledge of\, and admiration for\, the work of the music’s founding fathers. Timely yet timeless\, The Grascals make music that is entirely relevant to the here and now\, yet immersed in traditional values of soul and musicianship. It’s a unique sound that has earned three Grammy® nominations and two Entertainer of the Year awards from the International Bluegrass Music Association\, as well as national media attention that seems to perpetually elude acts entrenched in niche genres. Such appearances include The Tonight Show with Jay Leno\, Fox & Friends\, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson\, and CBS’ The Talk. All the while\, stages that represent the strongest bastions of tradition continually welcome them\, as evidenced by the over 150 performances on the Grand Ole Opry. Honors also include performing twice for President George W. Bush and at President Barack Obama’s inaugural ball at the Smithsonian. SUMMARY:The Nashville Songwriter presented by Jagoe Homes
DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, November 21st\, the Nashville Songwriter returns with Buddy Greene\, Irene Kelley\, and Steve Thomas. What a great opportunity to hear Nashville-based songwriters do what they do best right here in Owensboro.” \nThe Nashville Songwriter takes place November 21st. Doors open at 6:30 pm\, concert begins at 7:30 pm.  Tickets are $15 each for reserved seating and $5 for general admission. Bar\, concessions\, and table service are available during each concert. \n \n GET TICKETS\n \n	Buddy Greene\n \n \n More About Buddy Greene\n \n \n	Irene Kelley\n \n \n More About Irene Kelley\n \n \n	Steve Thomas\n \n \n More About Steve Thomas
