SUMMARY:Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper
DESCRIPTION:Doors open at 5 pm\, show starts at 7 pm.  Bar and concessions will be open at 5 pm\, and exhibits will available for pre-show touring.  Bundle museum admission with your tickets for a discounted rate. \nThe world tends to look at accomplishments in the form of accolades and although only in his mid-30’s\, Michael Cleveland\, a 2018 GRAMMY Nominee\, has plenty to his credit. After picking up the fiddle at age 4\, Michael’s musical momentum began to propel him forward towards early success. “When I started taking lessons at age 4\,” he remembers\, “I told the teacher right up front that I wanted to learn how to play bluegrass and I wanted to play ‘Orange Blossom Special.’” Reluctant as they were\, his teachers quickly found reason to his rhyme\, helping him progress to the point when\, at age 9\, Michael was invited to sit in with the legendary Bill Monroe at the Bean Blossom Bluegrass Festival. Soon after\, he brought his virtuosic style to the Grand Ole Opry as a guest of Alison Kraus\, and was hand picked for the International Bluegrass Music Association’s (IBMA) Bluegrass Youth Allstars before he was 14. His blistering prowess and technical fluency have since marked him as a sought-after musician\, leading to performances with Vince Gill\, Marty Stuart\, Tim O’Brien\, J.D. Crowe and the New South\, Andy Statman\, and The Kruger Brothers in recent years. However\, it wasn’t until 2006\, when Michael formed his own band Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper\, that he found the right vehicle for his musical vision\, and he hasn’t rested since\, constantly looking for new ways to push himself and his music forward. \n“He plays fearless and it’s intoxicating to play with him because he makes you play fearless\,” says Country Music Hall of Famer Vince Gill. “He takes no prisoners but he plays with a restraint and a soul. He plays without abandon.” Clearly\, the IBMA agrees as he’s their most awarded Fiddle Player of the Year with 10 wins\, has won Instrumental Recorded Performance of the Year six times\, and fronts their 5-Time Instrumental Group of the Year. Together with Flamekeeper members Josh Richards (guitar)\, Nathan Livers (mandolin)\, Jasiah Shrode (banjo) and Tyler Griffith (bass)\, Cleveland makes his way around the country performing festivals\, clubs\, and performing arts centers\, delighting audiences\, leaving them with jaws dropped in complete amazement.“It’s wicked to see how much music he pulls out of a bow\,” continues Vince. “He’s untouchable.” \n \n GET TICKETS\n \n \n	Hotel & Ticket Packages\nThe Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum is proud to partner with two neighboring hotels to enhance your visit to Owensboro.  Enjoy a concert with us\, then spend the night in a new riverfront hotel! \n	Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Waterfront\nAdjacent to the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum\, the Hampton Inn & Suites is offering exclusive rates\, including free hot breakfast\, for visitors and event attendees.  Please click below or call 270 685-2005 to book now. \n \n HOTEL & TICKET BUNDLE\n \n	For discounted hotel rates without bundling with tickets\, click below: \n \n HOTEL DISCOUNT WITHOUT BUNDLE\n \nHoliday Inn Owensboro Riverfront\nHoliday Inn Owensboro Riverfront\, conveniently located within walking distance to the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum\, is proudly offering exclusive room and event ticket packaging for the perfect night out. SUMMARY:Steep Canyon Rangers
DESCRIPTION:Doors open at 5 pm\, show starts at 7 pm.  Bar and concessions will be open at 5 pm\, and exhibits will available for pre-show touring.  Bundle museum admission with your tickets for a discounted rate. \nWith OUT IN THE OPEN\, Steep Canyon Rangers affirm their place as one of the most versatile bands in contemporary American music. The GRAMMY® Award-winning sextet has spent nearly two decades bending and shaping the bluegrass aesthetic\, wedding it to elements of pop\, country\, and folk rock to create something original. OUT IN THE OPEN is the Rangers bravest excursion thus far\, transcending bluegrass while also getting closest to the genre’s true form thanks to 3x GRAMMY® Award-winning producer Joe Henry’s traditional approach toward recording. \nSince Steep Canyon Rangers came together in 2000\, they have developed a remarkable catalogue of original music that links them to the past while also demonstrating their ambitious intent to bring string-based music into contemporary relevance. \nIn July 2017\, Steep Canyon Rangers arrived at Fidelitorium Recordings\, an intimate studio facility built\, owned\, and operated by legendary producer Mitch Easter. The band soon discovered that their producer – along with engineer/mixer Jason Richmond – intended to record all six members singing and playing in a room with no overdubs. The organic process allowed SCR to work fast\, tracking a dozen songs in just three-and-a-half days. Steep Canyon Rangers are easily among the hardest working bands in any genre\, pulling double duty on their own and as collaborators with Steve Martin. \nOUT IN THE OPEN is an undeniable milestone on the Rangers ongoing creative journey. As they approach their second decade\, Steep Canyon Rangers are still moving forward\, searching for new horizons and musical vistas. \n \n GET TICKETS\n \n \n	Hotel & Ticket Packages\nThe Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum is proud to partner with two neighboring hotels to enhance your visit to Owensboro. SUMMARY:An Evening with Leftover Salmon 'Stories from the Living Room'
DESCRIPTION:Join us for An Evening with Leftover Salmon ‘Stories from the Living Room\,’ touring behind their book\, Leftover Salmon:  Thirty Years of Festival!. \nFor any band to thrive on the road for nearly thirty years\, there needs to be a constant source of renewal\, a fresh spring of creativity at the center of the music that brings each member back for more. For Leftover Salmon\, one of the great purveyors of Americana\, this source came first from the American roots music traditions they came up with: bluegrass picking\, Cajun two-stepping\, the country blues. For all these years–over the course of their rise to become one of the biggest bands on the roots music circuit today\, with legions of fans and routinely sold-out shows–Leftover Salmon have picked up many more influences. Much of this comes from the interactions between the founding members’ roots and the newer band members\, who bring refreshingly different influences and ideas to the songwriting process. \nWith their new album\, Something Higher\, due out May 4\, 2018 on LoS Records\, Leftover Salmon taps into everything from horn-blasting R&B to reverb-drenched desert noir\, from the cosmic roots music sound they helped create to neo-New Orleans-meets-Appalachia liquefaction. There’s an unmistakable evolution to Leftover Salmon’s sound\, and Something Higher has an edge to it that feels entirely new. \n \n GET TICKETS\n \n\n Hotel & Ticket Packages\n	\n	The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum is proud to partner with two neighboring hotels to enhance your visit to Owensboro.  Enjoy a concert with us\, then spend the night in a new riverfront hotel! \n\n Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Waterfront\n	\n	Adjacent to the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum\, the Hampton Inn & Suites is offering exclusive rates\, including free hot breakfast\, for visitors and event attendees.  Please click below or call 270 685-2005 to book now. \n \n HOTEL & TICKET BUNDLE\n \n	For discounted hotel rates without bundling with tickets\, click below: \n \n HOTEL DISCOUNT WITHOUT BUNDLE\n \n\n Holiday Inn Owensboro Riverfront\n	\n	Holiday Inn Owensboro Riverfront\, conveniently located within walking distance to the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum\, is proudly offering exclusive room and event ticket packaging for the perfect night out. SUMMARY:Rhonda Vincent and The Rage
DESCRIPTION:A firecracker of talent that powers one of the hottest shows in any genre of music! \n \n \nWorld Class Musicians\, and an Award Winning Voice seamlessly set the stage for a breath-taking\, one-of-a-kind\, must-see performance; that reaches beyond the boundaries of bluegrass music! \n \n \nWritten words can give you but a glimpse of the artist known as The Queen of Bluegrass\, as deemed by the Wall Street Journal. But it’s only when you see this artist\, that you can feel the energy and experience the excitement of her music\, to truly know why she and her amazing band are the “Most Award Winning Band in Bluegrass Music History\, with over 100 awards!” \n \n \nBreaking a stereotypical image\, Rhonda Vincent takes the stage in designer gowns\, stiletto heels\, in a take-charge manner\, far from the type set that Hollywood has portrayed as the image of acoustic music. \n \n \n“We’re changing the landscape of our music in many aspects; to show we are sophisticated\, educated\, and hold a deep respect for the tradition of our music\, keeping the roots embedded within the perimeters of our songs\, to create a balance of tradition mixed with a contemporary flare\, and present our own unique brand of music\,” Rhonda explains. \n \n \n“We want our listeners to hear with their hearts\,” says Rhonda. “Music is a business\, but I hope we don’t let it show that much\,” she continues\, “The business part is a necessity; but most of all it’s the love of the music\, that keeps us doing what we do!” \n \n \nRhonda Vincent makes having a successful career look easy. SUMMARY:Graves Bloodline - FREE CONCERT!
DESCRIPTION:The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum is pleased to debut the show titled Uncle Josh. The production was created to honor Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame member Uncle Josh Graves. Presented as a free concert\, the Hall of Fame offers the event as a way for the local community to experience the new Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum and Woodward Theatre at the new location downtown. However\, space is limited\, so those wishing to attend must secure a free ticket at www.bluegrasshall.org or by visiting the box office at the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum. Free admission to the exhibit area is also included with each concert ticket. \nAs a pivotal member of Flatt and Scruggs’ Foggy Mountain Boys\, Josh Graves created a place for the Dobro slide guitar.  He truly put the “blues” into bluegrass\, and over the course of many road-tested years re-defined his chosen instrument forever influencing some of the greatest musicians of our day. Uncle Josh is the story of a sideman\, a musical supporting player\, who left the hardscrabble mountains of East Tennessee as a young man with a slide guitar and a hunger to make music. \nThe evening features the band Graves Bloodline\, an amazing group of artists featuring Josh Graves’ son\, Bryan Graves\, as well as his nephew\, award winning Dobro player Tim Graves\, in a show that tells the Josh Graves story and begins a new chapter in the Graves legacy. \nHall of Fame Executive Director Chris Joslin comments\, “This free concert event is a great way for local residents to explore what the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum has to offer.  We focus on preservation and education\, but live music drives everything we do.  The Uncle Josh show is great entertainment\, but it also tells the story of one of the most influential musicians in bluegrass music.  Josh Graves is a member of the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and defined the Dobro guitar (slide guitar) in bluegrass music much the same way Earl Scruggs defined the 5-string banjo and Bill Monroe the mandolin. \nWe highlight Josh Graves in several areas within the new exhibit space at The Hall of Fame featuring several of his iconic guitars\, so hosting Graves Bloodline and the show Uncle Josh is an opportunity to truly experience the music behind the exhibits.” \nThis celebration of Josh Graves tells his story through his words\, images and music.  Featuring songs that inspired Graves\, this multi-media program showcases the music he made famous and helps explain who he was and what he might have been thinking and feeling as he evolved from Tennessee mountain boy to Bluegrass Legend. \nDoors open at 5pm\, and the concert begins at 7pm.  Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive early and explore the Josh Graves exhibits as well as enjoy live music in the lobby before the show.

SUMMARY:Die Hard
DESCRIPTION:It’s Christmas time in L.A.\, and there’s an employee party in progress on the 30th floor of the Nakatomi Corporation building. The revelry comes to a violent end when the partygoers are taken hostage by a group of terrorists headed by Hans Gruber (Alan Rickman)\, who plan to steal the 600 million dollars locked in Nakatomi’s high-tech safe. In truth\, Gruber and his henchmen are only pretending to be politically motivated to throw the authorities off track; also in truth\, Gruber has no intention of allowing anyone to get out of the building alive. Meanwhile\, New York cop John McClane (Bruce Willis) has come to L.A. to visit his estranged wife\, Holly (Bonnie Bedelia)\, who happens to be one of the hostages. Disregarding the orders of the authorities surrounding the building\, McClane\, who fears nothing (except heights)\, takes on the villains\, armed with one handgun and plenty of chutzpah. Until Die Hard came along\, Bruce Willis was merely that wisecracking guy on Moonlighting. After the film’s profits started rolling in\, Willis found himself one of the highest-paid and most sought-after leading men in Hollywood. ~ Hal Erickson\, Rovi \nRating: R (adult situations/language\, nudity\, violence)Genre: Action & Adventure\, Mystery & SuspenseDirected By: John McTiernanWritten By: Jeb Stuart\, Steven E. de SouzaIn Theaters: Jul 15\, 1988

SUMMARY:Planes\, Trains\, and Automobiles
DESCRIPTION:Were it not for its profanity-laden opening scenes\, John Hughes’ Planes\, Trains and Automobiles might have been suitable family entertainment: certainly it’s heaps less violent and mean-spirited than Hughes’ Home Alone. En route to Chicago to spend Thanksgiving with his family\, easily annoyed businessman Neal Page (Steve Martin) finds his first-class plane ticket has been demoted to coach\, and he must share his flight with obnoxious salesman Del Griffith (John Candy). A sudden snowstorm in Chicago forces the plane to land in Wichita. Unable to find a room in any of the four-star hotels\, Neal is compelled to accept Del’s invitation to share his accommodations in a cheapo-sleazo motel. Driven to distraction by Del’s annoying personal habits\, the ungrateful Neal lets forth with a stream of verbal abuse. That’s when Del delivers the anticipated (but always welcome) “I don’t judge\, why should you?”-type speech so common to John Hughes flicks. The shamefaced Neal tries to make up to Del\, but there’s a bumpy time ahead as the mismatched pair make their way back to Chicago\, first in a balky train\, then by way of a refrigerator truck. We know from the outset that the oil-and-water Neal and Del will be bosom companions by the end of Planes\, Trains and Automobiles\, but it’s still a fun ride. The best bit: a half-asleep Del thinking that he’s got his hand tucked between two pillows — until his bedmate\, Neal\, bellows “Those aren’t pillows!” ~ Hal Erickson\, Rovi \nRating: R (adult situations/language)Genre: ComedyDirected By: John HughesWritten By: John HughesIn Theaters: Nov 25\, 1987

SUMMARY:It's a Wonderful Life
DESCRIPTION:This is director Frank Capra’s classic bittersweet comedy/drama about George Bailey (James Stewart)\, the eternally-in-debt guiding force of a bank in the typical American small town of Bedford Falls. As the film opens\, it’s Christmas Eve\, 1946\, and George\, who has long considered himself a failure\, faces financial ruin and arrest and is seriously contemplating suicide. High above Bedford Falls\, two celestial voices discuss Bailey’s dilemma and decide to send down eternally bumbling angel Clarence Oddbody (Henry Travers)\, who after 200 years has yet to earn his wings\, to help George out. But first\, Clarence is given a crash course on George’s life\, and the multitude of selfless acts he has performed: rescuing his younger brother from drowning\, losing the hearing in his left ear in the process; enduring a beating rather than allow a grieving druggist (H.B. Warner) to deliver poison by mistake to an ailing child; foregoing college and a long-planned trip to Europe to keep the Bailey Building and Loan from letting its Depression-era customers down; and\, most important\, preventing town despot Potter (Lionel Barrymore) from taking over Bedford Mills and reducing its inhabitants to penury. Along the way\, George has married his childhood sweetheart Mary (Donna Reed)\, who has stuck by him through thick and thin. But even the love of Mary and his children are insufficient when George\, faced with an $8000 shortage in his books\, becomes a likely candidate for prison thanks to the vengeful Potter. Bitterly\, George declares that he wishes that he had never been born\, and Clarence\, hoping to teach George a lesson\, shows him how different life would have been had he in fact never been born. After a nightmarish odyssey through a George Bailey-less Bedford Falls (now a glorified slum called Potterville)\, wherein none of his friends or family recognize him\, George is made to realize how many lives he has touched\, and helped\, through his existence; and\, just as Clarence had planned\, George awakens to the fact that\, despite all its deprivations\, he has truly had a wonderful life. Capra’s first production through his newly-formed Liberty Films\, It’s a Wonderful Life lost money in its original run\, when it was percieved as a fairly downbeat view of small-town life. Only after it lapsed into the public domain in 1973 and became a Christmastime TV perennial did it don the mantle of a holiday classic. ~ Hal Erickson\, Rovi \nRating: PG (for thematic elements\, smoking and some violence)Genre: Classics\, Comedy\, Drama\, Kids & Family\, Science Fiction & FantasyDirected By: Frank CapraWritten By: Frank Capra\, Frances Goodrich\, Albert HackettIn Theaters: Dec 25\, 1946

SUMMARY:Scrooged
DESCRIPTION:A darkly comic and surreal contemporization of Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol\, this effects-heavy Bill Murray holiday vehicle from 1988 sees the former SNL funnyman assuming the role of television executive Frank Cross\, the meanest and most depraved man on earth. Cross will stoop to unheard of levels to increase his network’s ratings — even if it means mounting outrageous programs to retain an audience\, such as “Robert Goulet’s Cajun Christmas” and Lee Majors in “The Night the Reindeer Died\,” with an AK-47-toting Santa. Cross plots his foulest move\, however\, for the Christmas holiday\, when he will force his office staff to mount a live production of A Christmas Carol on national television — and thus work through Christmas Eve. Cross’s life is turned upside down with visits from three ghosts: a craggy-faced cabbie known as The Ghost of Christmas Past (David Johansen); the sugar-plum fairy Ghost of Christmas Present (Carol Kane) (who gets her jollies by bonking Frank across the face with a toaster oven); and\, eventually\, the caped\, headless Ghost of Christmas Future\, who will send Frank sliding into a crematory oven — just before he gives the sleazoid one last chance to redeem himself. Along the way\, the spirits carry Frank to scenes from his past\, present\, and future (per Scrooge) and impart a glimpse of how he became so thoroughly rotten. The radiant Karen Allen co-stars as Frank’s girlfriend\, Claire Phillips\, and the film packs in cameos from countless celebrities — among them\, Mary Lou Retton\, John Houseman\, Jamie Farr\, and\, in a truly grisly and tasteless bit\, John Forsythe. SUMMARY:The Santa Clause
DESCRIPTION:Television sitcom star Tim Allen made his big screen debut with this light\, family-friendly holiday comedy. Allen stars as Scott Calvin\, the divorced dad of Charlie (Eric Lloyd). Scott is distressed to learn that his ex-wife Laura (Wendy Crewson) and Charlie’s psychiatrist stepfather Neal (Judge Reinhold) have informed his son that there is no Santa Claus. While a sullen Charlie visits his dad on Christmas Eve\, a noise on the roof brings them outside\, where Scott startles the intruder\, who tumbles from the roof. It turns out that there is a Santa after all\, and Scott has just accidentally killed him. Because of a legal technicality known as “the Santa clause\,” Scott inherits the jolly old elf’s job. As the next year passes\, Scott rapidly gains weight\, grows a white beard and meets the elf Bernard (David Krumholtz) — who is the one who really runs the North Pole — while Charlie regains his Christmas spirit. However\, Neal becomes concerned about Scott’s sudden change in appearance and insistence that he’s Santa\, and he forces him to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. Director John Pasquin previously directed Allen in the TV series Home Improvement and would team with him again for Jungle 2 Jungle (1997).More \nRating: PGGenre: Action & Adventure\, Comedy\, Kids & Family\, Science Fiction & FantasyDirected By: John PasquinWritten By: Leo Benvenuti\, Steve RudnickIn Theaters: Nov 11\, 1994

SUMMARY:Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver: A Bluegrass Christmas 12-15
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Christmas celebration\, bluegrass style. Hall of Fame member Doyle Lawson brings is immense talents to the stage in Woodward Theatre on Saturday\, December 15th.  Doors open at 6 pm\, show begins at 8 pm.  Sales tax is included in ticketing fees. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAs far back as he can remember\, Doyle Lawson has loved the sound of music. When Doyle was young\, everyone listened to The Grand Ole Opry\, and his family was no exception. Though he listened to all the stars on the Opry\, the group that impressed him most was Bill Monroe and his Blue Grass Boys. His music was different\, more intense\, that high lonesome sound. He could hardly wait for Saturday nights to arrive so he could listen. Doyle decided early on that he wanted to play that kind of music. \n\n\n\nIn 1963\, Doyle left East Tennessee for Nashville and got a job playing banjo with Jimmy Martin. In 1966\, he started working with JD Crowe in Lexington\, KY\, first playing guitar and then mandolin. In 1969\, Doyle was back with Jimmy Martin for about six months but returned to Crowe’s band in 1971. Doyle started with the Country Gentlemen in September 1971 and played with them 8 years.  By this time\, he had played in bands “that had their sound before he joined them”\, for more than 10 years.  Doyle wanted to put together a group that would have “his sound”. \n\n\n\nTo that end\, Doyle formed a group\, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver\, in April 1979. He was looking for “his sound” and tried many different types of songs. He wanted a strong quartet like the ones his dad used to sing with. Terry Baucom\, Jimmy Haley\, Lou Reid and Doyle laid the foundation for what has become the Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver sound. In 39 years\, the makeup of the band has changed many times and Doyle jokingly tells folks that Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver is the “farm team” for bluegrass.  Doyle integrates each member’s special talents into his group\, while not sacrificing the Quicksilver sound.  It is important to him that “people hear what they expect to hear” when Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver takes to the stage! \n\n\n\nDoyle plays mandolin and sings tenor\, baritone and lead for the group.  Josh Swift plays the resonator guitar and sings bass on the quartets.  Joe Dean plays banjo and guitar and occasionally sings lead.  Dustin Pyrtle is the group’s tenor/lead singer and plays the guitar.  Eli Johnston\, who plays bass\, shares lead and tenor vocals with Dustin.  The fiddler is Stephen Burwell.

SUMMARY:Marty Stuart and his Fabulous Superlatives 11-30
DESCRIPTION:Join us Friday\, November 30th for Marty Stuart and his Fabulous Superlatives!  Doors open at 6 pm\, show starts at 8 pm.  Exhibits will be open for touring up until show time.   \nWith legends like George Jones\, Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard all passed on\, country music purists often echo the question Jones himself asked: “Who’s going to fill their shoes?” The answer\, in part\, is Marty Stuart. \nWhile he’s too gracious to admit it himself\, the Grammy-winning singer\, songwriter and musician is living\, breathing country-music history. He’s played alongside the masters\, from Cash to Lester Flatt\, who discovered him; been a worldwide ambassador for Nashville\, Bakersfield and points in between; and safeguarded country’s most valuable traditions and physical artifacts. \nBut most importantly\, Stuart continues to record and release keenly relevant music\, records that honor country’s rich legacy while advancing it into the future. Way Out West\, his 18th studio album\, hits both of those marks. Produced by Mike Campbell (of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers)\, the album is a cinematic tour-de-force\, an exhilarating musical journey through the California desert that solidifies Stuart as a truly visionary artist.

SUMMARY:Sam Bush
DESCRIPTION:If joy were a person\, he’d bring both peace and frenzy. He’d be full of music\, light\, and energy that soothes even as it stirs us up. Eyes closed\, wire-rim glasses in place\, mandolin pressed against his ribs\, joy would be Sam Bush on a stage. \n“I feel fortunate that when it’s time to play\, no matter how I feel physically or mentally\, once the downbeat starts\, my mind goes to a place that’s all music\,” says Bush. “The joy of the music comes to me and overtakes me sometimes––I just become part of the music.” \nThe Father of Newgrass and King of Telluride has long since established himself as roots royalty\, revered for both his solo and sideman work\, which includes time with Harris\, Lyle Lovett\, and Béla Fleck. But instead of kicking back and soaking up honors such as an Americana Music Association Lifetime Achievement Award and suite of Grammys and International Bluegrass Music Association trophies\, Bush still strives relentlessly to create something new. \nRaised on a farm just outside of Bowling Green\, Kentucky\, Bush grew up plowing tobacco fields in the Southern summer heat alongside his family. He started playing mandolin when he was 11 years old. “I believe growing up on a farm probably helped me channel my energy into learning music and being so interested in it\,” Bush says. “Me and my sisters\, we all loved it. I’ve often wondered if that’s because growing up on a farm\, you couldn’t go ride your bike all over town and horse around like the other kids.” \nFor Bush\, a lifetime of channeling his energy has led to stylistic innovations that have changed the course of bluegrass and roots music alike.
