A Grammy™ nominee and International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame inductee\, Rodney helped pioneer progressive bluegrass and country rock\, earning recognition as the “Father of Country Rock.” His innovative approach blended traditional bluegrass with electric instruments\, drums\, steel guitar\, and orchestration. Alongside his musical career\, Rodney has appeared in numerous films\, television programs\, and commercials and continues to record\, perform\, produce\, and tour worldwide. \n\n					\n	\n	The David Parmley Band \n	A native of southern California\, David Parmley is a founding member of the internationally acclaimed\, Bluegrass Cardinals. In 18 years\, the Cardinals recorded fifteen separate projects\, made appearances on the Grand Ole Opry\, the Ralph Emory Show and performed at the White House for former President\, Jimmy Carter. In 1994 David teamed up with banjo great\, Scott Vestal to form Continental Divide. Known for his soulful voice and driving rhythm guitar\, and exceptional skills as a producer\, David has notched many awards\, including: International Bluegrass Music Association’s “Recorded Event of the Year” 1991 and 1995. Continental Divide became an instant success claiming IBMA’s coveted\, “Emerging Artist of the Year” award in 1995. \n	Friends From Mayberry \n\n					\n	\n	Allan Newsome grew up in a small\, rural Alabama town not unlike Mayberry. Since 1994\, he has brought Floyd the Barber to life at Mayberry events across the country\, appearing in more than 17 states and performing at venues. Allan co-starred in the film Mayberry Man and will also be featured in the upcoming Mayberry Man series. \n\n					\n	\n	Kenneth Junkin has been recognized as America’s Number One Mayberry Fan. His passion for The Andy Griffith Show has led to many memorable opportunities\, including providing security for Don Knotts and portraying Mayberry’s lovable town drunk\, Otis Campbell\, for nearly three decades.\n\n					\n	\n	Terry Varvel has been bringing Mayberry’s lovable Deputy Barney Fife to life for more than 25 years. A longtime fan of The Andy Griffith Show\, Terry first portrayed Barney in the 1990s after being encouraged to take on the character for a community performance. What started as an occasional role for parties\, parades\, and local events grew into a passion that has taken him to Mayberry festivals and events across the country. \n\n					\n	\n	Christie McLendon has been bringing the spirit of Mayberry to life since 2010\, when she first began performing as Charlene Darling at Mayberry events. Known for her beautiful singing voice and fun-loving personality\, Christie performs all of Charlene’s songs from The Andy Griffith Show while also creating original parody songs inspired by Mayberry. \n\n					\n	\n	Eric Lowry has brought Mayberry’s Mayor Pike\, to life since the early 2000s and has embraced every opportunity to keep the Mayberry spirit alive. He can often be seen serving as an emcee and auctioneer for Mayberry events in his hometown of Scottsburg. Eric also appeared as a judge in the 2021 film Mayberry Man. \n\n					\n	\n	Rick Grimsley is a longtime fan of The Andy Griffith Show and a familiar face at Mayberry events. For years\, tribute artists would call him “Henry Bennett\,” thanks to his uncanny resemblance to the Mayberry citizen. Eventually\, Rick embraced the comparison and began dressing as “the town jinx\,” taking ownership of the role.

His voice famously accompanies George Clooney’s performance of the Stanley Brothers’ classic song\, “I Am A Man of Constant Sorrow\,” in the film\, Oh Brother\, Where Art Thou? and his vocal collaboration with Swedish DJ Avicii on the song “Hey Brother” was a global smash\, having been streamed more than a billion times to date. His diverse solo projects and years of work with Alison Krauss and Union Station have yielded troves of award-winning music. \nIn recent years\, Tyminski’s live shows with the Dan Tyminski Band have become bluegrass fan favorites and are regularly on the must-see lists among music fans of any genre. \nWith his newest album release – the Grammy-nominated 2024 concert album Dan Tyminski: Live From The Ryman – he captures the magic of those live shows\, while also proving that he still has the same passion for live music as he did when he was growing up. \nHis earliest touring and recording work was as a part of the band\, Green Mountain Bluegrass. He later joined the influential bluegrass group\, Lonesome River Band\, before embarking on his three decades of work with Alison Krauss and Union Station. \nDan has been honored with 14 Grammy Awards and is a four-time Male Vocalist of the Year honoree by the International Bluegrass Music Association. He has also recorded instrumental or vocal harmony contributions for projects by Martina McBride\, Reba McEntire\, Brad Paisley\, Dolly Parton\, Willie Nelson\, Joan Osborne\, Charlie Daniels\, Kenny Chesney\, LeAnn Rimes\, Rob Thomas\, and Charlie Haden\, to name a few. Tyminski certainly represents the pinnacle of modern bluegrass music.
